Signed a contract on October 1, 2020. They took our money on October 1, 2020. Told us we would be installed in 30 to 45 days. In November they said it would be another 45 days. That was the last we heard from them. I cancelled the contract on March 1, 2021.
My Family has been connected to that there “intry-net” via Robert Boyle & Co. since 1994 ….. not a single instance of less-than-outstanding service 🙂

I’ve been waiting over 2 years for planet networks to get to my block. Now that I’m finally hooked up I couldn’t be happier. Their service is outstanding, the performance of the Internet is outstanding, and I would never go back to the cable company.
