They tried to charge me for a service my son did not receive. After 2.5 months they had to take it off my bill, only because I asked to see the chart note and they did not have one because my son was not seen. The last straw was HIPPA VIOLATION. The receptionist said my son’s diagnosis in the waiting area. So unprofessional.

I might be a little biased, but we have had a wonderful experience here as parents. Feel so cared for at each visit and the ability to be able to call at any time and the fact that it is so easy to get an appointment, even at the last minute, are such huge bonuses.

Dr. Dukes is the greatest, most caring pediatrician. The staff is caring, quick to call you back if need be, and you never feel rushed or like you’re “just another number”. The practice has a ministry and their faith is evident but never forced on anyone. Highly recommended!
