Placed 2 calls in December and asked about gas line extension and other services. I currently am a customer. There is only one person who supposedly handles this. Left 2 voicemail. Never received a call back about it. Had to call another company to get the gas line extended. Not impressed so far.

Fast friendly service, actually had same day service for a busted water heater problem, every one else i contacted told me atleast 3 days to a week to get me in and wanted to charge around 2400.00 dollars. PCUD did the job and hauled the old water away for under 600.00 . Highly recommend them
Our old water heater died. We called PCUD to get on their schedule for a replacement. George and Shane were a great help getting us on the schedule in 2 days. The crew that came to our home was very professional and even caught a different problem. Great experience.
