They are extremely rude, nasty, unprofessional and unhelpful. Businesses these days forget if it wasnt for all your customers there would be no buisness.
All the customer service agents are rude and they ask way to many questions. Instead of trying to help when you are having financial difficulty they just keep adding late fees so it’s IMPOSSIBLE to catch up.
The interest I pay towards this bank is ridiculous and it’s never the same! I have had my car for 3 years now and still owe more than half bc of the interest!
I agree with most of these post, if I could rate a negative star I would this would have to be the most rudest people I have ever had to do business with .Can’t wait till my loan is paid off and will never get them to finance me a vehicle ever again!

Do not do auto loans with this bank they are crooks financed a truck 2014 they were paid paid them off only owing 5, 000 told have title sent month goes by nothing so called haven’t had no contact prior well say now on hold i owe fees have had to contact Louisiana attorney general office

Literally hate this bank if you have a choice choose elsewhere. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get some information for a month and half and they also forgot to mail me my documents. Poor poor job
“Christopher” with the NY accent was very rude! Right off the bat asking for a full SSN. All I had was a general question and I did not feel comfortable giving that out right away and he had an arrogant attitude about it. I hung up, I’d rather not deal with people like that.
What sort of bank sends something as important as a vehicle title through standard mail? This sort of bank. No insurance, no signature required. No nothing. Absolutely insane. Once paid, it seems they care very little.
