  1. Website down for days at a time so can’t pay bill online. However, they will use any excuse to cut your power off. This is poor customer service.

  4. Rude staff. Unorganized. it’s 2021 why is there a convince fee for paying online. If you mail a check a week before your bill is due and they’ll claim it’s late and still charge you a late fee. They may also wait a week before depositing your check. Who knows?

  7. Very rude customer service. There is no reason for the two that have acted that way to conduct themselves in that manner. They set their own rules and what applies to one may not apply to another. I wish we had options and not a monopoly.

  8. The convenience fee for paying online is absurd. It should be more convenient for them for us to be paying online versus mailing paper checks. Just another ridiculous way to scam money from people.
