They are very bad at billing. My wife talked to them about duplicate billing . They said they have taken care of it…..but we later got a collection notice. So, disappointing
DO NOT SET UP PAYING YOUR BILL ONLINE THEY PUT YOU ON AUTO PAY AND YOU CAN’T CHANGE IT .I HAVE GOTTEN ON EVERY MONTH TO PAY MY BILL THEN THEY DO A AUTO PAYMENT TOO.LUCKY I HAD THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE DON’T . JUST SEND YOUR BILL IN EVERY MONTH IN THE MAIL….
