IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your policy. I’ve been requesting since NOVEMBER on numerous times thru phone calls, email & regular mail and still receiving bills now thru January.
if i could give this company a lower rating i would. If you have any other options (black market, your cousin’s cousin, a T-Rex or unicorn) go with that. These guys will will only make your life worse.
Agree with other posts. I called to find participating periodontists, but no one had the courage to inform me that my plan does not include periodontal coverage. This would have saved me unnecessary calls to periodontal offices.
I’ve called on different issues they have gone the extra mile explaining .even helping me find oral surgeons in network even on procedures what to expect etc. As for our dental plans they have the answers . very impressed .
Rejected multiple legitimate claims from my dentist’s office (in-network). Told me over the phone certain items would be covered by my plan when they actually weren’t. I was ready to cancel my dental insurance, thank goodness they switched to a different underwriter.
Company only concerned with corporate profits. They put patient care very last. They have willfully undercut the quality of service to our military men and women and their families. They hire incompetent dental advisors whose first course …

Their coverage of $1,500 for the entire year is very low, especially in this economy. Many treatments in today’s day and age such as implants aren’t covered.
I have to change dentists every 2 years because United Concordia is constantly dropping practices from contracts. I really liked my last dentist and this is beyond frustrating. Figure it out for the love of God.
I have Tricare Dental which is serviced by United Concordia. Do not get this coverage. We just had to have emergency dental work for my son. The amount they covered is less than half of my monthly premium! What an absolute insult!
