This business switched to a different business and are now Falcon International. The switch has been nothing but inconvenient. I’m on vacation right now and they have completely shut down their mobile banking app. I can’t see any of my money unless I go to an ATM. It’s been days! Right when I get back I’m closing my accounts.
I have had nothing but great experiences with the customer service at Falcon National Bank. Their products serve my needs and beyond. I can’t thank them and their staff enough!
The app won’t let me deposit a check because apparently the amount I enter doesn’t match the amount on the check. They are the exact same number, I have made sure several times and it just won’t work
