Resik was unable to supply us with the equipment we needed. Customer service was sub par with hours spent on hold. They seem terrible unorganized for a company who’s customers rely on there services to survive.

Their billing used to be fabulous!!! They now have another company and they are terrible. You used to be able to talk to someone directly in the local office but now you get a foreign speaking person that I know doesn’t work in any of local offices.

If I could give a 0 I would, before Adapt took over rezek I had no issues. Now there is a recall on my machine and they give out the wrong information as what is needed to be done. Plus you get transfered to many times when asking questions about issues. Wish my doctor would go with a different company.

I had no problem with Rezk for 5 years ordering my Bi pap supplies. Then I had oxygen installed in my home I got bills each one was a different price. I only had it in my home for 6Weeks.and I paid over 80.00. Everyone I talked to gave me a different balance. So I just got the oxygen taken out of my home.
I have had no problems with this company when I needed my oxygen i came in a timely manner and now that I no longer need any of that stuff they came and got it.I will use them again if I need to.
