We have been having nothing but issues with our service. We have poor signal, signal drops and also low speed. We we’re told we needed a new router bit have been getting the runaround. As well we have been ignored by the tech team several times for two months! We are done with them.

I’ve had Prodigi a year now.. We are two remote employees on VPN all day, on video and conference calls, my dad streaming TV…not one issue! Funny when someone living in the DC area mentions, during a video call, that they are having problems with their internet! Not here in Alpine Lake with Prodigi!
Channel selection are pathetic. The entire free world has digital providers, the best this company can do is analog, and their wifi cuts out daily. XFINITY WILL be replacing them.
