They never answer there phone. They make you wait for an hour to see the doctor. With an appointment. They are supposed to be a walk in clinic but can never see you as a walk in. Very disappointing.
4 yrs ago I bagan to seek medical attention at sunset medecal clinic . My experience is the Dr’s get to the causes and conditions I’m concerned with .appt are conveniently set friendly staff that perform above and beyond
I go to the Buffalo location, they have been very rude lately & hired new people that are stupid. I called to double check to see when my appointment was & which doctor I’d be seeing because I see doctor Morris, they told me I would see him but he wasn’t even there that day so it was a waste taking busses. I’m not going back.
Takes too long to seen by a doctor.. way too long. There is no organization at all. My husband waited 2 hours and had to leave after finding out they were two hours behinds his appt, totally unbelievable!!!
Was there today for 2 hours for a follow up visit. Did not care for the physician I had and definitely was not happy with what he had to say!!!! I was more happy the first time I went and saw Lauren Young
Went to this clinic because it was a minute away from my house. I had to wait almost two hours for some basic stuff on two separate occasions. Would’ve been faster to go to a clinic half way across town compared to this freaking place.
Doctor Morris is great , love that they do blood work the only problem is the wait is to long you see a doctor a hour after your appointment & the lobby is small and it’s only six waiting rooms. They don’t answer the phone .
How is it that they dont have appointments for 3weeks plus. I left the ER, who told me I needed to see my provider in 5 days but they still cant get me in for three weeks. Even with the ER says I need to been seen as soon as possible. So much for care.
Got told that I had brain damage and needed to see a brain surgeon quick. Sent my results to actual dr and told I was fine and not to worry. Won’t refill ibuprofen over the phone asked me to go get mri?!? I work a physical job and almost 40. Part of the job. Do not waste your time with this smelly rude office.
Be prepared to wait about 1-3 hours even with an appointment. Lobby small and office is outdated and smells. Not very sanitary facility and often you will not meed with an MD, you will see a physician assistant. Also, they are not so …
I would say perfect but the wait times do tend to be a while but Dr Morris is hands down the best doctor in Las Vegas so he is well worth the wait! Super patient and thorough with me not to mention the genuine care that I’ve never seen with any doctor.

Since I have been going here all have my visits have been quite positive experiences. The girls in the office are helpful and were attentive to my needs. The doctors took care of me with great concern and it is much appreciated! I will continue to go here due to my convenience and liking.

Front desk staff is friendly. Kevin Ocampo should be fired he has been fumbling around with my referral to a cancer clinic denying me answers a further care. It’s unethical to diagnose cancer and then do the minimum to get the patient sent to a specialist. Cancel Kevin!
I have had nothing but exceptional care here. The staff is very nice and efficient. Dr. Jobe is amazing and caring. She listens if you have concerns. She sends medications and referrals quickly. They also get you in and out, you are never waiting long.
