Lutheran Hospital should change it’s name. Their billing dept is the worst ever. They send bills and won’t detail what you are being billed for. If I didn’t really like my Doctor I wouldn’t have anything to do with this hospital.

My wife visited the office on 5/17/2019. This was a level 3 emergency according to them, when it was simply seeing a doctor. No tests……but they billed $2,022, along with a $500 co-pay. I would highly advise that people watch out. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General, and our health insurance.

Misleading information on pricing. Given one price for an appointment and prepaid, only to later also receive a bill for more than the amount already paid. Not corrected after contacting them twice.
