Can’t get along without their service. Locally owned.
Power has went out at least once a day for the past week
Unreliable service and poor customer support. I’ve had problems with them multiple times due to mistakes in their system or faulty equipment and they refuse to help. A real shame they’re the only provider in the area
I have litterly turned my main breaker box off because someone said they charge by average not what you really use and even turning my breaker box completely off they was still charging me 21 kw 1 day and 33 kw the 2nd day if they change and start charging me for what I really use than I will change my review (12-4-17) 7:49am
These people are the most ignorant employees i have ever met. I know for a fact that I have tried to switch over electric 3 times and still it is jacked. Everything is in person and no one has an answer except that never happened. Backwoods toothless 20th century neophites must run the show.
March 22 had a power issue on pole and with in 1 hr a new transformet was put up and all good. Thks for your response

When we built our house in 2005 we got a free Marathon hot water heater for going ‘all electric’. It went out during a cold snap. TVEC and Jamie Andrews had it fixed quick. Thanks TVEC for standing by your word! Thanks Jamie for getting here quick and fixing it first shot!
They changed out two poles in our yard and cut down two large trees that were near the power lines.

I have had a terrible experience, it’s someone different every time that I come through the drive through and always inconsistent. Someone says I can put less than $10.00 & others say I’m totally fine. The app and what’s actually going on β¦
They are ignorant and they don’t care about anyone, there is heat advisory in effect and they cut our electricity when there policy says they don’t cut electric especially when there is heat advisory but they do and they are rude and scared β¦
Quickly able to set up service at new apt. They made it easy to see both my accounts on the app for “pay as you go service” & I didn’t even know that was a possibility!
Our transformer blew and we called to report it immediately. A crew was here within 20 minutes of our call and replaced the transformer. They are professional, friendly people, hard to find this day in time!!! Thank you so very much for your service. Always had the highest respect for these people. God blessππππππ β¦
