Worst cable ever . Nothing but reruns. They should let the people have a choice when they start canceling channels, but they don’t. I’d get rid of all those sports channels for a few good movie channels.
Honestly they seem to not have anything together why eve pay for WiFi when this whole past week it goes down and its there fault seems like they need to get there act together!
I am very happy with it right now. As far as the price everything is high,and I even use help living on a fixed income.But it is the only entertainment I have right now.
Paragon might seen water are always there when you need them they’re there’s some rain through storms to Winter through summer through fall it’s just they’re there without them we could not make it and then taking their time out to help us all the time thank you Paragould light city water cable company

Terrible ISP stuck on speeds that were standard 10 years ago. Would rather upgrade fleet vehicles than infrastructure. Wish suddenlink would break up the monopoly.
I could get Internet twice as fast and 155 channels from att for the same price as my slow, inconsistent Internet with plwc. But of course plwc is the only option in town. Customer service is horrible.

The crew from PLWC installed my fiber. They were professional and quick and answered all my questions. Also after installing the lines in the yard they covered the disturbed areas with new sod and put everything back the way it should be !!!

It seem like every week my cable is down. I have called to report this and they tell me the sun is getting in the way of our signals. For the money we pay you would think you could get reliable service.
PLWC is incredibly unreliable. They have major problems, and it takes them entirely too long to address them for the size of their customer base. I had consistent internet connectivity problems for two weeks for a problem that they eventually admitted was on their end.

I’ve honestly never really had any issues with them. Any issues I’ve had, I quickly get a response usually shortly after with help and troubleshooting tips, but I have rarely had to contact them. Their customer service is great nonetheless. The prices on the cable internet could be lower, but I’m looking forward to fiber which will help.
