  13. PLWC is incredibly unreliable. They have major problems, and it takes them entirely too long to address them for the size of their customer base. I had consistent internet connectivity problems for two weeks for a problem that they eventually admitted was on their end.

  26. I’ve honestly never really had any issues with them. Any issues I’ve had, I quickly get a response usually shortly after with help and troubleshooting tips, but I have rarely had to contact them. Their customer service is great nonetheless. The prices on the cable internet could be lower, but I’m looking forward to fiber which will help.
