I love our hospital! Not only was I born there, but I also delivered 4 of my children there and have had multiple other procedures performed at NARMC. Since I began working at NARMC I have discovered so much about our community hospital …
NARMC is investing in the health of our community and we should all appreciate the quality care available.
Kind professional staff. They where there for me when I needed them the most.
it is amazing
i died here
Best hospital!
Clean
I have lead poisoning .
Excellent facilities and good staff
Horrible. This is the worst hospital in history.
Terrible rude nurses and misguided c section😕 …
Og both k look unlimn pited of my life k
,💩💩💩can’t care for 3 year old with out the parent pinning the kid down …
The floor is filthy. Like literally black.
Voted one of the best stroke facilities in Arkansas.
Dry blood in the room when we came in absolutely filthy
I had had my children here and the nurses where excellent!
Have been waiting in pain for 7 hours about to give up and go home….
Some of the nicest most caring nurses and the food staff and food is excellent!!!
Great Hospital go to for the things you need done
Staff sucks very slow an careless. I wouldn’t take a family member here if you care for there wellbeing an health.
Horrible hospital, with incompetent staff. The admissions system is a joke. No one knows what they are doing
They all make middle class salaries and they want to charge me: an 18 year old part time student part time small business pizza maker 430$ for an 8 minute X-ray that came up with nothing
If you want to live don’t go to NARMC they are the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever seen…
If I could give no stars I most definitely would if at all possible go to Washington regional I mean hello their doctors don’t even want to work at this hospital this is the sorriest hospital in the nation
This hospital is as slow as they come waited 2 hrs for discharge papers it’s ridiculous
Maternity part is nice. Older parts of the hospital can fill cramped and dated.
Glad that there are here and available for our immediate medical needs, several experiences here some good some bad .here is hoping that they find out soon what that will take to move to a five star rating.
They always do a great job, people are friendly and concerned, excellent doctors. I will never go anywhere else.
Several surgeries and hospital visits and for the most part I was treated very well
If I could give less I would recently moved to the state recently got approved for medical having a emergency with an abscessed tooth no dentist open and the best they give me his Tylenol haven’t slept in 3 days had to miss work horrible horrible experience.
I’m from out of state, multiple health issues. Received prompt care. Nurses and doctor where excellent in my care.
Horrible care. They gave me something I told them I was allergic to. Good thingI don’t watch TV. I couldn’t see it on the wall it was so small.
Powdered coffee creamer ONLY? In this entire hospital? UGH! SERIOUSLY!!
Great care! Great staff! Food not so yummy but that’s usual.
The worse ER. The word Emergency has no real meaning. We waited over 4 hours.
Very hard to check in on line. It doesn’t work.
Had two tears in the meniscus in the knee , concerning the treatment and surgery of Dr. Sadini and the staff of North Arkansas Medical Center. OUTSTANDING!!!! I highly recommend them!
I took my wife in this hospital because she has two veins that pop up and bad hurting pain and numinss in her lower leg they got the ultra sound out and check her upper thy and foot not even the stop that was hurting her then told her to take baby aspen im taking her somewhere else
Brought my wife in for covid like symptoms, we had to wait in our car for 4 hours before they told us anything and then a another 5 hours to find out what is makeing her sick
Do not have a baby here they refused to let us make any choices for our new born child they come into your room without knocking they dont let you switch doctors for the baby they won’t let you transfer hospitals they threathened to call dfs if you do your shamed apon for formula feeding your child as well
I’ve never seen such disregard for people in my life. I’m having a serious medical issue, and they want me to call a crisis help line. I think thay need the help. Y’all suck… my dog gets treated better.
I am a registered nurse and I don’t like being treated like a child, I do not like being treated like I am dirt under someone else’s shoes, they are the most rude and hateful CNA’ s up to the RN’ s even the ward clerk’s have and attitude. I will not be back to this crappy excuse for a hospital!
Sorry excuse for a hospital. Staff is rude every time we go in there no matter how big or small. At one time they asked us what we thought was wrong with our disabled son…. Really i didnt go to school for 8 years+.
Great hospital! Great Doctors
Horrible ER wait times. Multiple cases of misdiagnosis. Many people go to Branson, MO or Springfield, MO for follow up care when this hospital screws up. My daughter was released from the ER in worse condition than when she entered. What …
I was harassed over choosing not to receive a tetanus shot. A male nurse heavily argued with me about it and then had the audacity to drag another nurse into the room to back him up and tell me horror stories of other people who chose not to receive the same shot. It was appalling and downright disgusting.
Zero stars wasn’t an option. I came in for a tick bite. Massive pain, rash, itch and swelling. I had blood work and a shot of antibiotics and sent away. Still in agonizing pain and itch that will subside in a few days if .. if.. They …
There service is not the best . I prefer to go to Cox medical in Branson . It’s pretty bad when the EMTs or otherws say they wouldn’t even go to there own hospital even for a ingrown toenail. Yes everyone has different experiences but not one time have I experienced one
The people who work here are some of the nicest in the world. I really feel like they care about me. From the time I check in to the time I check out I know I’m in good hands. Even their billing department is courteous and easy to work with. I highly recommend this hospital.
I had to go to the Emergency Room here for a minor surgery in June 2013. I’ve been to numerous ER’s all over the country and this ER, in my opinion, ranks up there with the best of them. Triage was friendly and expedient, the doctor on …
This hospital is horrible in patient communication. They ignore any pain, call people names, even in the face of doctors orders decide a person is a “drug seeker”. When admitted for heart issues, I was denied my medication prescribed to …
Misdiagnosed my mom twice for the same issue. Both times they turned her away. The second time they turned her away with a script of narcotics. My dad took her to Fayetteville immediately and the doctor there did her surgery within an hour of being there. She could have had permanent kidney damage because of this.
This place is horrid. I have several friends and family members who have had seriously bad thing wrong with them only to be discharged and ended up near death door. What does that look like ? Like brain aneurysm, strokes ( like severe ones …
I have had several outpatient procedures at the hospital in the past 3 months. Each time I was treated courteously, cheerfully and competently by the staff. Wait time in the various departments was reasonable. I have no complaints at all.
Pathetic joke of a hospital. ER staff is incompetent at best and outright hostile at worst. The doctors are next to useless. I went in with a knee injury. Waited almost two hours to see a Dr. Three people came in to ask if I had insurance and were told yes. A fourth person came in and mopped the floor. Useless place.
They don’t care about if I have a Friday shopping day they will schedule me on a day not convenient for me they could care less if they can get me in and make me wait for hours and hours that’s as good as they would like it so they can make …
They do not care about theyre patients or the family members of the patients. They told my brother he wasn’t allowed to see me during my stay in the hospital. He was my only family member I have that is my medical power of attorney. Also …
I wish that I could give it a 0 star because I have never In my life seen such a horrible triage experience. I was told that there was absolutley nothing that was going to be done if my son had the flu and that i was pretty much waiting my …
💩💩💩 my friend CLEARLY had mono. They sent her home for having no conditions and saying that she had to treat her symptoms herself. They also stabbed her with a needle two times in the arm and wiggled it. Causing pain. Now her arm (near the …
Out of state visiting our son in Harrison and my husband had complications from an ongoing condition. We arrived in the middle of the night and were met by a caring, knowledgible staff who took excellent care of him/us. Thank you to the Dr. and staff on duty last night; we appreciate your care and compassion!
My mother has severe copd, and asthma, and many other medical issues. There is a sign that says no chemicals, no perfumes, and my father in law asked them to NOT clean the room fir her stay. They just got her in emergency surgery for a …
Horrible. My husband got hurt at work. I had no idea what happened. So called I said I know that they cant give me information bc of HIPAA but can you tell me if it is bad so I can drive up there. I was placed on hold when transferred …
For the last two years I spent a lot of time here due to my husbands Alzheimer’s and all the illnesses that that go along with it. He spent many days in Critical Care and many more days in Behavioral Center. The staff and Doctors in …
So I’m from Colorado I messed up my knee and I’m driving back to Colorado in a few days. So I don’t have the time to go thru a dr recommendation to get and mri to have to go back to another dr to see the results. So I went to the ER …
The ICU floor has excellent nurses and care. But, when you leave and go to first floor, the day shift is terrible. In my opinion they are rude and incompetent. From the RNs on down. The night shift nurses and aides are great. Why is this? Something needs to be done about the day shift operations.
Went in many times over the years and have had good experience with the nurse/doctors but the staff—– …
I have personally been trying to get answers for my health with no luck. My father in law had cancer they said they did tests but when he went to North Carolina and they ran tests it showed that they never ran tests here! He died due to …
Didnt even show up to the clinic and the lady at the front desk who answered the phone was absolutely rude when answering my questions, i was just wanting to become a new patient and had questions with insurance and roughly when i could be …
I was recently tajen to the NARMC ER by ambulance for a severe breathing issue. The people in the ambulance were kind and efficient. I was scared to death and they helped me calm down. When we got to the hospital the people that took over …
Trying to access the COVID 19 Vaccine Registration site on my phone was a joke, but not a laughing matter. Went to a desk top, for me the site was still not user friendly. OF course, people that know me, know that I don’t 1/2 the time know …
Diagnosis was strep throat. They had the lab test me for it and it came back negative. They continued to say the test is wrong they know. Now I have a rash all’s cross my body sores on my face and no idea what’s wrong and they won’t even …
Feels more like a prison than a hospital. Couldnt leave the room after my son was born for 3 days. No smoking no nothing. They told me the only thing that they can do is go to vending machine for me, not allow me to go but go for me to get …
Waited for over seven hours and never received any treatment.several patients with less problems treated even though I was there before.to think u would sit there and wait an entire working shift, and still not be treated is beyond appaling to me.what a joke of an emergency room.TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO GO THERE AGAIN.
This should be ZERO STARS!!!!! Worst experience dealing with staff at any hospital. Nurses who aren’t certified in diagnosing mental health issues continued to state my father was sound minded and would refuse to do a psych evaluation. Even …
I just had a baby here in November, I was induced and eventually was dilated to a 4 and a few hours went by like 2 hours and I was in EXTREME pain, my mom said “are you going to check her cervix?” And the nurse said no, we will after her …
every time i have gone to the hospital, it has been fine as far as the the doctors & nurses, as they are obviously trained well. …
If I could give this place zero Stars I would. The emergency room staff is absolutely horrible and 100% what gives this Hospital a bad name. I have never met a more judgmental and absolutely rude and unconsiderate group of people in my …
Tina Ford there are no words to thank you for your help you absolutely nothing bound to me took a complete stranger and made miracles happen went beyond her duty and job to help me there are no words to thank you nothing I say compares to how grateful I am thank you so much you should be proud to have a employee like that
Went in to the E.R. with chest discomfort, pounding heart beat, shortness of breath, numbness in extremities and weakness and waited for hours to be seen. Finally, I decided to leave thinking I would be blown of by the doctor since all …
This is apparently the worst hospital in the nation. Parents please if you value your children’s lives stay away. This is the hospital of death.
I am not sure why I come back here. There may be decent wards, but the ER is a joke. We spent 3 hours for a wound that needed stitches. The urgency was non existent from admissions to treatment. Not only for us but for everyone to be seen. I would hate to have a life threatening injury that wasn’t obvious.
Sat in lobby 2 hours to be seen for injured shoulder. After 2 hours I went to desk ask where I am in line was told some people ahead of me still. Not true all those people arrived way after I did. So I left. Worst place. Go somewhere else …
Patient goes in can’t walk on foot after falling over a baby gate. 1st stop the bill collector (front desk) then go sit it front lobby, next was told to walk to x ray to have x-rays taken of foot and knee , still have NOT seen a DR ( we all …
If it is an emergency CALL 911, they will get you in a lot sooner. We waited 30 minutes with my sister in the waiting room and watched 3 people walk in in front of us. My sister, crying without breath and 3 healthy people walking into the doctors room in front of us. What a joke. You’d die waiting for the Dr before you get any help.
Horrible horrible place. My father was misdiagnosed and died two days after visiting the E R. I have had to call 911 and they forced me to go here, I was misdiagnosed and it caused severe trauma. The clinics are horrible as well. Except Mediquick, they are awesome
They never help fix what’s wrong they always just try to give me antibiotics now matter what I go in for. Even when I came in miscarriaging. I waited for over 6 hours in severe pain bleeding a lot due to miscarriage and then waited in the …
Terrible all around. Fake “professionals” that do not care about the patient in the slightest. They will ignore patients and issues, make up their own answers to questions in the patient’s stead, and refuse to communicate anything to those …
I was called by the hospital and they set the appointment up but failed to send ma a conformation listing information about what not to do the morning of the tests . I drove 90 miles to find out that they couldn’t do the test . A letter or …
I willingly came here after an S.I. attempt and please read those reviews before you make the mistake and come here: it’s just as terrible and unhelpful as you read. Which is really unfortunate if you live here because medical care isn’t …
Went in for physical therapy. Amanda was my therapist. Seemed so nice & knowledgeable. Met with her twice weekly for a couple months for my hands, elbows & shoulder. …
The worst most money hungry hospital I’ve ever had to go to. They ran lab work through them instead of sending it off so they could make a paycheck for someone. I won’t ever go back.
DON’T USE THIS HOSPITAL! Poorly managed, crazy processes, doctors leaving by the droves and now -literally- a nurse has just been appointed the new CEO. Over the past five years the hospital has been run into the ground. They have tried to …
The nurses held down my 2 year old that had a burn and rubbed cream on her and held her down while she was screaming and crying and forcefully gave her medicine and showed no mercy as she was choking on the medication would recommend you take the extra 30 minutes to go to cox or Baxter
Only giving it a 1 star because I have to. This is the second time I have been here with a child who has a open laceration and have had to wait over 2 hours before we receive any care. The staff is great once you get to see someone. But the long waits are outrageous
Front desk is very rude. The wait time to see an ER doctor is 4 hours. When you call to speak with a nurse caring for a loved one, left several messages to return my call, and 3 hours and 26 minutes later, I was finally called. Not very friendly , or helpful staff.
I have been there several times for test up until surgery and have always enjoyed excellent professional services. I can’t say enough about the staff that I have encountered there, just excellents. From the people who meet you coming in, …
If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible don’t ever go here and don’t go near them if you see them out and about. I just witnessed the ambulance driver filling up the ambulance with gasoline and smoking a cigarette right there at the pump.
This review is specifically for the ER department. Our experience with Dr. Rasmussen and specifically the discharge nurse (didn’t catch her name but the highlight of her day is likely when she clocks out to leave) the other nurses were …
This has to be one of the worst hospitals I have ever visited. (And I have been to many)
It has taken my Dr almost 2 weeks to get mri results for me. I called Narmc …
