Turn off gas without warning because of miscommunication, and can’t turn it back …
Poor service.. technicians call from private phone.if u don’t answer right away u can’t call them back.and you don’t even know if they called.they can go straight to meter to turn off.but to start it..they won’t step in your yard.. SMH
Just awful. Have to wait a full week to get service, plus calling them is impossible. Technicians call you back on a restricted number only to put you back on hold, then they try to upsell and upcharge constantly as if we aren’t living in one of the most expensive cities in the country already

worst ever. You have to survive 8 days without gas to restart.
They canceled on me 3 times without any notice. When I call them they put me on hold for 30-40 minutes.
