Banked with Provident for over 35 years…dropping them as soon as my last outstanding check clears. They have decided to charge big bank fees to satisfy their greed instead of taking care of their loyal customers.

Hours are ridiculous. Only open to 5pm so if you need to actually go in for card replacement, cash a check, etc and you work till 5 you cant. They added fees. It is just not the same. I will be switching to a bank that has real people hours.
