For discontinuing service, this was painless. I went at eleven thirty and maybe have to wait fifteen minutes to be helped. Even on a Friday everyone was pretty upbeat.
There is no reason why that couldn’t have the lobby open with restrictions yet. It is now over 4 months in to the pandemic, banks and the dmv have found options to open.
I have called 3 times to disconnect my service, and now 3 months later I’m STILL GETTING BILLED for a location I no longer live at!!! I call and they say there’s no record of me ever cancelling service so they can’t refund what’s been been taken out of my account. SO PISSED OFF!!!
The fact that I have to give this company one star is inherently pathetic. There should be an option for negative stars that would be the only way to accurately describe how horribly inefficient their customer service phone line is.
just got off the phone with Omar! only on hold for no more than a few seconds. Omar answered all of my questions promptly and gave me advice and direction on my next steps for turning on power when I finally decide on a rental property
Costumer service is a joke! Their level payment option is a scam! This company is only in it for the money… costumers come last. If people had a choice on who provides these services, 90% sure it would not be oppd.
