They don’t even send a bill and then turn you into collections!! This is the third time and I haven’t even received my test results back yet and it’s been over a month!
Over the last 5 years of using this service their billing is the worst . I have billed twice for the same service. They lost 2 of my insurance payments and the worst yet they just sent a bill that is 3 years old their call center is over seas and of no help unless you are making a payment
The employees are great! However, their billing is God-Awful! The only place that can’t figure out how to bill the VA so they sent me to a collection agency…ridiculous! Your mistake and I pay for it…thanks.

The billing dept is a joke. Just received a bill from them for the total amount due but insurance paid it on April 22nd. Why are they trying to scam people into paying them twice??. After 6 emails and phone calls I am turning this over to the AG office.
