Everytime I visit the drive through window in the Bel Air branch, I have no problem in getting swift and friendly service. I wish all banks and credit unions were as efficient as this credit union. I highly recommend the Freedom Federal Credit Union as a place to bank.

Can’t get someone on the phone to answer your questions. They have to take your info to give to a specialist so they can call you back within 1 business. All I wanted to know was why I was being a charged a replacement card fee. My debit card was expiring and they never sent me a new until I had to ask for one.

I was approved for a loan but had a couple stipulations. I jumped thru hurdles and wasted my time for 2 days to get everything in order just to be told one of the stipulations wasn’t good enough. I have perfect payment history and even paid off a loan in the past thru this bank. I will never bank with freedom again.
