The username I had no longer works. I did the username request several times, but it never shows up in my email. I will NOT be paying any late fees on my car loan due to YOUR system issue, and I will also be looking into another car refinance. I don’t have the time to be dealing with this maddening Meriwest login rigamarole.

Not helpful unless you have every single thing ready at the moment you want to refinance or get a line of credit, do not ask preliminary questions because they don’t want to waste their time unless you are a sure thing, ready to do it at that moment.
I would not recommend. Slow to fix issues- I had an issue that took a week to fix and I honestly thought it never would because I was being passed from one person to another.
i don’t live in the area so i only use online banking i chose meriwest because they have one of the best saving account 2.5 compared to big banks 0.01
I live overseas. Online banking is clear, cust svc by secure email is always pleasant and helpful, fee schedule far more reasonable than other financial institutions. I’m very pleased w Meriwest.
