The internet worked fine but all the hidden charges started showing up. Then when we moved out of service there where more charges. Terribly dishonest company.

Customer service is a joke just like there internet. They say give us a call and we’ll help you out but when you call you’re on hold for over 2 hours so what’s the point. How about you call me when you’re ready to actually have someone worth talking to on the phone.

Each time I’ve had to call everyone has been pleasant. The internet for our camper is great, and if any issues we have had which isn’t many Tony the technician has been so great, knowledgeable and is very professional. He is great to deal with!
