  2. To say your installation will be done same day if booked before noon is a joke I have sat at my house for 6 hrs now, called plateau and was told would still be done today. It’s 6pm and not a call or nothing.

  4. Best Internet provider in Clovis, NM HANDS DOWN! They have NO data caps, I pay $87mo for it and I get 1Gbps. Unlike Suddenlink who monitors you if you download from Torrent sites they do not care what you do. Suddenlink has data caps and do not offer 1Gbps. Again, for $87mo, you can’t beat it!

  7. Went here to get my internet service set up. I was in and out quickly with great customer service. The lady that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Got me set up and on my way. Definitely recommend Plateau for your internet, tv, or lan line needs.

  8. I pay 60 bucks a month for 5 down and up but never get it. it’s the worst interetwifi I have ever had or been on. Don’t recommend unless you can get Fiber otherwise not worth it at all. Not worth the stress or money.

  9. Update: I have had Plateau fiber internet for just over a year now and I have NEVER had any issues, ever. When I originally walked in to the office to sign paperwork and get the hardware installed at the place I rent, the people up front were very helpful with any issues I had.

  10. I have nothing but good to say about Plateau’s fiber internet offering, I subscribed to their service nearly 4 years ago and have never experienced an outage. The speeds consistently approach the advertised 1 GB/s up and down at an affordable rate. You can’t ask for much better, especially in a smaller town like Clovis.

  11. I pay for the 100 MB/S internet and I am lucky to get 15 per second. I’ve called several times about it and no help whatsoever. My router and motem are completely fine with the router even being a brand new $120 router.

  16. Love it, customer service is great and the speed is fast and reliable, fiber optic modem is included in the monthly price, no extra charges. Highly recommend it. Have not call tech support since the service, because it was not needed.

  17. Never had a problem with this internet provider. From installation to my last bill, I moved and wished I could take plateau fiber with me. I love that my bill was the exact same every month and for way cheaper than the other providers. If you are in their service area I highly recommend Plateau.

  18. This company has the best customer service! Anna was very polite and kind, she couldn’t take care if the problem, but she made sure she had my correct number. She called me back with a solution within minutes. In todays negative climate it was refreshing to have such good service!

  21. We have had service with Plateau for 3 years. Worst tv service I every had. It buffers constantly. Unable to watch tv. Internet is always freezing up. Called company and the last response was nothing they could do. It’s not their fault lol. But bill comes regularly.
