I’m done with this crappy European Bank and their lousy on-line platform and service. Updated my phone number, now it locks me out of my account every 3 days. Can’t send verification text to cell phone because update was within last 30 days…..
If this teller behaves like this on a Jet Blue flight then I would be afraid to cone into bank for fear of what she would do. Such bad behavior in such a small space and with children within hearing distance having to feel afraid. Get the woman some mental help.
Terrible, they don’t care about their customers at all. They took my car away and expect me to pay a fee that takes what most people make in a month, they expect me to pay that same amount in a few days. I would never recommend this place to anyone

received a letter giving me hope of a loan offer, went to the bank my husband and I wasting our time, to get put down again. ..not good people don’t do this to people trying to find a way out of debt’, we had the funds to pay it back , all we needed was a small loan, not nice , but God will provide.

Avoid this bank. I had a recent fraud committed against me, not Santander Bank. They have blocked my account. It is going on four weeks now. This bank is totally inept. Can you imagine having your account frozen through the holiday season? This is an egregious breach of bank/customer trust. Run, run, run. Avoid them !
