Every time I call they are always nice and helpful my problem is there isn’t online bill pay at all I work at hospital and am a mom its is almost impossible to get a money order and drop it and the 5% charge to use my card is a lil high I can understand a dollar or two but 5% is too high. Other than that I have had no problem or issue
Get your billing brought up to speed with the rest of the world. in other words you need electronic pay through the bank, and no I will not allow you to take it out of my account. and I will not pay your late fee again when it is your fault what other company allows three days to pay this is your problem not mine fix it
Billing is terrible ,typically I get the bill 4 to 5 days before due date. Since they are not setup with the bank, the bank has to mail a check to them in 7 days…so the payment will always be late. Then I have to call in and explain. Today is the 10th of Jan and no bill and I’m sure it will be due Jan 15th. ….so late again.
