If I can’t transfer funds between business and personal over the phone it’s a headache and I choose somewhere else to bank.
Update: I’ve been happy now with my bank great service and they keep my money safe.
This bank has the absolute, hands down, WORST customer service. Unless you just need somewhere to store your money, I highly recommend considering any other bank than People’s Bank of AL.
Don’t Go to the one in holly pond they are hardly friendly and just do their job. Areas around are alright and very friendly on top of the service. To add they caught an early attempt on my account and locked it but didn’t inform me I had to find out and wait a week until the card arrived in the mail.

You need to tell your employees they can smile and be nice to people. At one of your branches all the employees r rude and never smile. They act like they just hate to have to wait on anyone. They have no personality. Just saying. Doesn’t hurt to b nice.
