Between my apartment complex and this place, I wish they’d get their act together. I’ve been waiting since Monday for them to come. The lady I just spoke to on the phone was very rude!
The team from the company came today for pest control. Particularly, the head of the team seems does not care any privacy at all. He does not even knock the door when he enters the apartment. His behavior is very irritating and disrespectful.
Anthony Marsh was the service technician that came out to my house. He was very friendly and professional. If I had a business, I would be proud to have him as an associate.
I like this company. We have had service with the for many years. I saw one of the employees stop and pick up our neighbors trash can that was tipped over by strong winds and rolled it to the curve side. Classy guy
Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. I live in an apartment and my neighbors gave me roaches. 🤨 Michael moved my appliances, used gel bait, sprayed, and left traps, which was not done by previous people. He listened to my concerns and assured me that he would contact the office so they can treat other apartments. …
This company is extremely helpful and trust worthy. They did such a fantastic job for me personally I am also using them professionally. I would recommend them for any pest issue you may be having. They are responsive, reliable and ethical.
Treated once at a very reasonable price, I didn’t feel over sold and then they came back and treated again a couple months later. I hope this is the end of my bug issue but if I ever need services again I would definitely use them.
