Horrible customer service. Customer told multiple times “unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to help you”. When incident was reported to 2 supervisors, that indeed, there was help, customer was shamed and laughed at. Needless to say, all accounts will be closed ASAP.
Worst business bank account I could have chosen for our startup. Zero flexibility on fees as we struggle to get our business set up/running. Really regret not going with a more esablished bank like Wells Fargo Choice Business Checking or U.S. Bank’s similar account – friends have said great things about these others.
Customer service is NOT a factor here. The branch in Waconia, manager, Barb, was incredibly unhelpful, rude and hung up the phone when I was attempting to make a fraud claim. The bank would not give me numbers to call another department …
