65 a month before using any water or waste water. We don’t have a choice to switch water companies so it’s best to avoid BUYING a house in a utilities included service area. Unless you want to pay almost as much as electricity for water.
Apparently they realized how bad their own customer service really is – now you can’t get a human on the phone if you try. The 877 number is automated only – and no combination of 0’s will ever get you to a human. This place is just awful.
I have never in my life attempted to contact a provider and not been able to get through. It does not matter what time or day that you call you receive an answering machine stating that the office is closed I just need my freaking water to my new house!

I an gone 11 hours a day, 5 days a week. My water bill for 2 months was over 200 dollars! I have one child and myself, that’s it. I can’t contact ANYONE from the actual location. Something HAS to change here.

Terrible company. Sends bills out late so there’s not enough time to pay, in order to push you to paperless billing. The parish utility commission needs to take a close look at this company.

Cant even begin to describe how terrible they are. They charge all of my payment methods on file at once and when i call to reverse one of the two they reverse both and send me a letter a week later charging me fees and threatening to cut my service because they didnt take the money.
