I can honestly say that every therapist at tSpine and Sports, Convoy St location are amazing; they make you work hard but support you to recover faster ; they are sweet and persistent and they treat you like a family member; for a moment you forget you are doing therapy feeling like part of the team. Very mean and ,unhelpful front desk assistant. I had to transfer somwhere else because she would put me on hold everytime I would call for appointments. Gives worrying that would cancel my therapy session if I would not call. This was the first time u reach to her. Didn’t like it so why bother going to mean people.

I have been working with Steven at Us Spine and Sport for my lower lumbar L5, S1 and I’m experiencing great results so far. They are awesome and very good at what they do.
Spine and Sport provides personalized physical therapy. I appreciate the use of exercise machines in my therapy which have helped me return my gait back to normal after a knee replacement. Great PT!
Every person I was in contact with was very knowledgeable in their field. They made me feel comfortable and I believe they gave me the best advice for my injury. Very helpful .
Very nice staff. And very helpful. This is my second time there and I am so happy to be back there for my therapy again. The therapist are really good with their patients and the office staff make you feel comfortable.
Therapist are amazing here! So sympathetic, so helpful, so nice! They are the best! But the customer service desk ladies are so rude, and so not helpful, and you can never talk to someone if you call!!! Long long long wait time on the phone and sometimes even no answer, so you can hardly schedule or reschedule on the phone!!!
I really appreciate the care ❤ that I am receiving… PT is not fun, some days it’s exhausting, but, I am reaping benefits. I have been in pain for almost a year and with the help of my surgeon and his sending me to Spine and Sport…. I am finally feeling some relief!!!

Melissa is a sweetheart who knows what she’s doing. Came in there with a finger sprain and thanks to their finger exercises and thier expertise my hand had felt much better. The hot wax has amazing healing effects. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommend this spine and sport.
Got Ins. Referral. Got OT. They gave me a theraband and a small tub of putty. No mention of cost. Sent me a bill for $40 not covered by ins. If asked, I would not have spent $40 for a couple bucks worth of stuff. Check with them if they “give” you anything! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

The team was great! Tim, Stephen, and Alexander all helped me tremendously! I thought I was going to go in there and be stretched and pulled and massaged, with no effort from myself. NOT how I would have gotten better. They gave me the routine I needed to strengthen my shoulder and I am forever grateful.

The place is super messy and always busy, the physical therapist will take multiple patients at the same time and don’t allow time to focus on one patients health and well-being. I don’t recommend this place for any of my fiends and family. They have other branches in El Cajon that are awesome and will give you the care you deserve!!
