  5. Awful CS is awful, rude and unprofessional and they don’t care whatsoever about their customer they refuse to escalate a call after they have yelled at you or blown you off clearly apathetic. Use anyone else you can!

  7. Terrible customer service. After being put on hold for a long time I finally got someone, but when I asked them why they couldn’t turn the power off on Saturday they pretended like they couldn’t hear me anymore and told me to call back later.

  8. Upset I have to give any stars at all. Even more upset that this is the only company I can be with in the city or Tulsa. Cheat us on bills in the winter and customer service is complete trash.

  9. Every time they come to read my meter, they leave my gate open and my dogs escape. I’m disabled, so getting my dogs back is next to impossible. I’ve asked several times for them to shut it, and I’m ignored. This has been going on for years.

  17. PSO is a monopoly and unresponive. Our electrical infustructure is way outdated, a windstorm should not cause such havoc in a tornado prone area. Ridiculous, I can’t imagine how bad it would be if we were to, God forbid, be victims of a terrorist attack.
