I am shocked at the lack of professionalism at this location. If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it. The associate, while crumbs falling out her mouth from eating her lunch on the sales floor, REFUSED to get me a size that fit because she didn’t think “I was actually that small”. I will never shop at this location EVER again!
Worst customer service! agree with other reviews that they refuse to take returns because it looks bad and affects their individual store margins. Unbelievable that such an expensive brand would allow their stores to operate under this policy and treat their customers who are spending >3k in their suits this way.

I visited this store twice this week. The staff prioritise conversations with each other over customer service. I stood at the till. 5 staff members on, before one of them offered: Is someone serving you? I had to laugh.
