I opened an account with them recently. My thoughts… I may be having second thoughts. Things seem so backwards and slow. Everything is written on paper. Online access isn’t instant and so my money sits like it’s in a glass piggy bank on a shelf. I know it’s there…. but I have no way of getting to it. 🙁
I’ve been banking with this company for a short time however in that short time I have seen nothing but the highest in customer service And professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to do banking with a trustworthy group of people who can explain all your options to you.
Good service, wish they had better interest options, for now the major portion of my savings is better held at online banks for higher returns.
