  1. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had specially customer service don’t even know what they’re talking about they don’t even know their own prices and on top of that they’re crooks stay clear of this company

  3. It works good. But there service isn’t that great. They take forever to do anything when you need them to come out. And you have to have a contract which sucks.

  5. We have so many glitches in both Internet and cable that it isn’t worth almost $150 a month. They get you by having the bundle as only $109, but the. Taxes and fees cost almost $40 more. Sad

  7. We use Ritter for internet and phone service. We have never had any significant outage and the service always performs very well, even during our service times when the we flood the network with users.

  8. Worse business service ever. VERY over priced and unprofessional. Do yourself a huge favor and find any company but this one. I dont know how they are still in business being such a horrible company as a whole.

  12. The Internet is great….when it works. Constantly going in and out and never reliable. With the amount they charge and the unreliability i would highly recommend choosing some other service provider.

  18. Get you in a contract and keep upping the rates so you can’t get out of it. Not satisfied with the cable or the quality of the internet. My advice is if you are looking for TV service and you have ANY other option, go with it instead of this company.

  21. The cost has become outrageous! They make changes to services and policy often and those changes always negatively effect the customer!!!
    Internet is spotty at best. I have to pay for channels I don’t want which is more than the channels I do want!!!

  22. If you CAN avoid them, AVOID THEM!!!! Your bill can magically go from $75 to $200 without notice. They’ve also just decided to add data limits so they can charge you massive fees every time you watch more Netflix than usual. Just do yourself a favor and find someone else if at all possible.   50. Ritter is a great company and we are so lucky to have them in Stuttgart. I have worked with many ISPs and Rite Fiber is my favorite. All of the sales staff are so helpful and Scott Richmond is one of the best in the biz.
