I emailed and tried calling and no answer! The email I did received said they would answer me within 1-3 business days!! Like I need help now, not 1-3 business days from now! Don’t waste your time going here!
This place is a joke! The totally mishandled my daughter’s care from the beginning. I should have researched more before I sent her here. Don’t send your children here…this place is TERRIBLE!
Don’t waste your time! They will mix up your appointments, they will send you to a rookie (student in training) who is clueless about most things – was it because my insurance did not pay much?? Too many young people working there who are unable to relate to the issues of the elderly!
Could be a really great program. Unfortunately, they don’t care much about their clients. I was told by The Emily Program that my insurance was covering my program. I was shocked to receive a bill for $700. Come to find out my insurance was …
I owe my life to The Emily Program! Through therapy I have been able to overcome the need for binge eating and the need for daily fast foods. While in their Grief Group I was able to come out of my grief fog from loosing my husband and my home. I have learned new skills to use to handle negative emotions and anxiety.

I’ve been with TEP through all levels of care. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than most eating disorder treatment programs out there.
