we have perfect credit score and history, but this stupid company denied us for 13k trailer. don’t go to Sheffield financial, Go to Synchrony Bank very easy and fast.
No one will answer the friggin phones!!! My son and I have BOTH tried to call multiple times since mid January to ask about paying off the loan his father had… sadly his father passed away. If they can’t answer the phone, I guess they won’t get the pay off!

They don’t use your full credit score to finance their loans. Very predatory in lending practices as well as loan member information sharing. I have had a huge number of solicitors calling since acquiring my loan.

I’ve had numerous equipment loans through Sheffield for power equipment, and quads. No issues, good rates, fast response to loan application. I have never had to contact customer service, and have paid off every loan in advance with no penalty. I would use Sheffield again if it was offered.
Made an error on application and it was denied. Was told reapplying was the only way to move forward. I reapplied and it was flagged as fraud automatically. Company has no policy to verify it and was told wait 60 days before reapplying. I have over 700 credit score and excellent debt to income. Horrible company.
