  1. Worst company to deal with. Horrible customer service, or I mean no customer service. If I could give negative stars I would. Do you self a favor and avoid this rip off company.

  6. Requested a switch to this company but according to them, the request to Oncor was rejected “because of a move out request.” Our Energy failed to notify me of this issue resulting in a possible fine from my apartment.

  7. Worst customer service ever. Don’t be late on your bill as they disconnect immediately without notification. When asked about the immediate cutoff the response was we sent a text with a bill update to the wrong number.

  12. Cheap and good while you do not need to contact them regarding your account. Poor customer service. Really slow. Email replies take over a day. Phone calls, an hour. Do not expect someone working at night or weekends. Start or close services with them take many days.
