Worse fees ever. They won’t waive them either…unles it’s a “bank error”. Such a stingy bank.
Will not recommend this bank ever. Made me go through the application just to deny for random reason after I had a loan for 18 months with the bank and wanted to refinance. Do not treat the customer right. Extremely disappointed.

I have been a Putnam Bank customer for quite a number of years. Unfortunately, once Centreville Bank took them over everything went downhill. Customer service, when calling, is very inconsistent. I’ll get one answer from one representative and something completely different from another. I would not suggest using this bank.
AWEFUL customer service since the merged with Putnam Bank. also ever changing tellers at Wickford branch. On hold for ten minutes, never had this happen two years ago!! TOO big and too impersonal. I have been a customer for over 35 years! Maybe not much longer!
