  2. Very friendly staff, the only issue I have which to me is a big issue is there being no lights in the parking lot. I had to stop at the outdoor ATM to deposit money and it was pitch black around my car. Very scary. Please fix the lights. Dangerous situation.

  17. Customer service has gotten SO bad. Wait times are in excess of an hour. Website is clunky and unresponsive. Langley’s flawed implementation of a new banking system deleted the auto-pay off of my credit card account resulting in late fees from a missed payment. I’ve had this account on auto-pay since 2018.
