Got a bill in called the phone service to pay keeps saying I don’t owe anything I am sure they will cut my water off of i cant get ahold of someone. I have had this happen before then you get ahold of them to lazy to take the payment
they definitely operate on the you need them more than they need you philosophy. You always seem to be bugging them when you call and they don’t know anything about giving you a notice before they shut your water off. we have no choice but to put up with it it’s the only water company in the county

Not the worst company but they definitely need to change some of their policies. My last name hadn’t been changed on my license when my husband and I went to sign up for gas and water. I had our marriage license and house documents and I wasn’t allowed to be added to the bill.
