Always rude on the phone. And 600 dollar deposit??? And they mail you these little postcard size bills. I don’t know how many of mine have been lost and if you don’t get your bill because of how small the bill is, they don’t care, you get a few. Maybe someday they will upgrade to the rest of the world that you can check your bill online
