Had a great experience at Vision Express in PVB! Sandra and Ashton very helpful and kind. The office is bright, clean and welcoming. Dr. Allison very knowledgeable and helpful. Julie up front is very welcoming and sweet. And I love my new frames!
Stay away! This place will rush your exam and scam you into extremely expensive lenses without even giving you options for parameters. They are condescending, vague and unhelpful when you need customer service help. They are running a racket here and don’t really care about getting one over on people.
Worst experience: Treated rudely by Kathy- also overheard a staff meeting in front of waiting room that they’re trying to get more customers that aren’t Medicaid & get “preferred” clientele. Frames aren’t right and the prescription is too strong. Not happy at all. Will not be coming back.
I have been going here for years. I moved further away and I drove 45 mins one way out of loyalty. After my last visit where I walked out I will never go back there again. The newer employees are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I will warn people to stay away from this place from now on.
I brought my son here awhile back. It was okay but I didn’t get that warm welcoming feeling and probably would not take him back. Dr. Falden (female) wasn’t that friendly with him – she wasn’t bad but just not very personable for a child’s first eye visit. Again, everything was okay but not great.

Great staff! Very friendly. My glasses broke and they gave me replacement frames and handled the warranty on the old frames. They also had my contacts in stock the day I ordered them!
Dr. Allison Falden has always been very sweet to my two kiddos. She takes the times to explain what her findings are. We have been there a couple of times as an emergency and Dr Falden and her staff always welcomes us in. Thank you!
Healthy Eye is a quality establishment using up to date equipment in a relaxed atmosphere. After the eye exam, I felt comfortable that my vision health had been attended to appropriately. Definitely recommend them for anyone and everyone.
