So happy to have a well-organized establishment to dump unwanted items. It’d be nice if there was a list of what can and can’t be dumped. Impossible to call.
5 minutes in and out the other day. I went during an off time during the week and the man at the window was friendly and easy to work with, especially since I was a first timer.
Very unhelpful when calling for assistance with a situation. Spoke with both Katie and Bergetta. The tone was more condescending rather than recognizing my willingness to work with them to solve the issue.
Costumer service is seriously lacking. Don’t miss putting your trash to the curb in time. They wont work with you when you need an extra bag tossed into the truck the following week, and will charge you 50% of your bill just to do it.
It’s off or on as to wether or not you get someone there who’s rude to you or just okay. Hours are also annoying. Other than that, it’s a half decent place to unload your waste. Just don’t get your hopes up in seeing a smile or any optimism in regards to customer service.
Incompetent staff. They should not be at the gate if their incapable of judging the size of a load. The woman there today charged me for a truck size load even though I was driving a compact car! She claimed the load was larger than a washing machine, which it very clearly was not.
I liked that it is local and not having to go to highland saves time and gas very convenient…
Whith that being said i wish they supplied brooms and shovels but with this pandemic it’s probably a good idea not to have them. So next time I’ll remember to bring my own.
I love this place plus it’s my office. I am deeply honored to work side by side with them in keeping the planet clean. The men and women who sacrifice everyday to sort the waste and dispose of it properly or my heroes and Titans of the planet.
I love cleaning out the trash and bring able to get rid of it here. I usually have a truck full and I pay $17. Good deal. I love trowing the stuff out. It is satisfying. 10/10. Will throw more stuff out.
Solid place to dump! Got rid of curbside Service last year and have never looked back! If you don’t mind running over there, you’d save $500-$600/ year! 2-3 leaf bags cost a few dollars to dump!
Need a separate spot for small cars/SUVs to dump small loads and a few people on the deck to help offload trucks to keep the lines flowing faster during weekends! …

Everyone seems to complain about the CS and the rates… try being nice & the rates are frickin cheap… I drop off 2 96 gallon trash cans every couple weeks… $3.00. Cant complain at all. Dont see any problems or have had any. 4 stars because no place is perfect.
