Employees are under experienced when comes to simple tune ups on boilers. Breaking parts , then try and bill you for the parts. I get it mistakes happen . But trying to bill for the parts the employee breaks is Fruad and just bad business. (Word of mouth & bad reviews hurt the business)
Rude customer service, and dishonest company. Will bleed their consumers dry when given the chance. Calculations for heating oil based on sqft are way left field. Will not use again.

Extremely rude customer service and dishonest company that steals from its customers. I ordered and PAID for fuel when it was 2.91 per gal. They did not deliver untill 3 WEEKS later and gave me fuel at a rate of 3.11 per gal. I will never to buisness with these crooks again.
The issue was a rework and they charged a high labor rate. The technician was able to figure out the issue quickly and replaced the part that they installed just a few months earlier. No charge for replacing the part but still charged for …
