Need to be more responsive on the phone – it take ages for someone to answer a call and also to be more flexible to customers who have missed for some reason unable to put the recycling or trash bin at the curb in time….
Terrible! They never pick up on time and we are always having to call. Worst thing that happened was reading carting selling out to them! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
They dump their recycling and trash in the same truck. Completely pointless for homeowners to recycle. It’s immoral and unethical because they charge for two services.
Very disappointed in their service. They came and did not pick up our garbage on two occasions, yet we still pay them quarterly. I feel like I am paying them for a service they did not reliably provide.

Disappointing. Service is erratics and I have been charged for extra trash several times when there wasn’t extra trash. Biweekly recycling is annoying. It’s an extra charge and it doesn’t seem to actually encourage recycling. Other services do it weekly, which make more sense. Office staff is courteous

Since Premier Disposal was purchased by Republic, our trash hasn’t been picked up on 3 separate occasions. The drivers are unfamiliar with their routes and the office is difficult to get in touch with. Poor execution with the transition plan.
