Very rude. Unprofessional Staff. Seriously needs customer service training because it is as if you’re speaking to people with no prior phone etiquette background.
This association hung the phone up on me when they where ask what type of loans that their association approves. The staff was very rude and unprofessional.
The women that work here are freaking rude. I hate calling here. They sound like miserable women that hate their jobs. They are super unhelpful. They talk to you very condescending. They talk to with a stank attitude. They are super unprofressional. Don’t count on getting their help because they aren’t going to help you. PERIOD.
Completely unprofessional. Stephanie did nothing but give me attitude after falsely claiming water was gushing from our garage. Then refused to talk with me as I was not the landlord. Thank goodness I’m not. You couldn’t pay me money to be apart of such an inept organization. Take your business elsewhere.

Nicole, Samuel and Yvonne are always so extremely helpful and polite whenever I call in. The Managers there (Fran, Michelle and Amanda) are actually responsive and they answer the phone, unlike MANY other companies I have come across where you can NEVER reach your Manager! Thanks guys for everything you do it is appreciated!
