Outdated payment service. All my bills are sent through email and the water bill is the only one I am late on because I forget to grab the mail from the PO box.
It’s $70 amonth just to have the water on, then they add the price of however much water you use. So no matter what, you will never pay less than $70 a month for water. It’s highway robbery!

I just bought a vacation cabin up here a few months ago. I can’t believe the price of water per month at around $70 for no usage. So if I don’t come up here all month I’m still paying $70 for absolutely using no water. It blows me away how expensive it is!
They have updated there services to accept auto payment using a Credit, debit card, but not sure if they do ACH bank drafts. I never have any issues with this water department they have always done amazing for us and were going on 8 years in this great city!
Amy was so wonderful she already switched the water before I even called it was amazing service. I wish every water company can be exactly like this. This was a blessing. I’m glad running springs escrow is on top of there game also
