I have very dry irritated eyes. Lady testing my eyes repeatedly screamed at me to keep my eyes open for longer. She was so rude and her attitude was uncalled for. I came to get relief not to be screamed at and talked to disrespectful.

Great care and quality, but the wait time is terrible. Appointment at 9:00 am and not done until almost 11:00. Over 60% of time is spent waiting. Patients wait to see the eye specialist so the eye specialist never has to wait for the patients. A terrible inconvenience.

As a new patient, I was treated kindly and efficiently by all staff. Very positive experience with minimal wait time. I had a fairly extensive evaluation and had contact with at least 5 technicians and the eye specialist. All were very knowledgable and capable. Would definitely recommend.
I was happy with the service I received up to the point of dealing with the lady in billing, to me, she seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Also, I completely understand the 3.5% fee if paying by credit card but not if using a debit card. Other than the two previous mentioned issues, I would have rated them with 5 stars.
