Worst banking experience of my life. Had limits put on my account. The bank held my money hostage. I do have to say that the employees will go out of their way for you, but that does not excuse the bank for their idiocracy.
ALL the staff is wonderful!! I have yet to meet an unpleasant face while there. Nicole, who works in the loan department at the Saint Marys branch is AWESOME!!! Keep up the good work:-)

I am disabled and homebound. Don’t expect this place to be helpful or accommodating, even after assigning a legal power of attorney. I’ve sent many people to this place in the past but won’t ever recommend them again.

Terrible customer service. Unable to call the local branch. Yesterday ATM and coin counter not working. Don’t want to waste gas again if they are not fixed. Recommend you find a different option. Since the takeover, worthless!
