I have been a patient of Dr. Tamano for many years. He and his staff have always been very responsive to my needs. Dr. Tamano is very knowledgeable about available treatments and addresses my concerns quickly.
I highly recommend.
The only problem here is one of the schedulers in the front office, condescending and rude, and if they think they can treat you badly and get away with it they will.
When you bring your son in and the first thing you wanna do is some mind zap…. No thanks. I would never recommend this place. Not even to my worst enemy!
This office is horrible. The staff, unfriendly and the doctor would not let me talk. She would ask a question and when I started to answer she just kept interrupting me and asked another question.

I would not recommend this office to anyone unless they are desperate and waiting to be seen by a better office. My experience here has been fine. It’s a bit of a windowless zoo, but my psych has been great. One billing problem was handled with one phone call. I haven’t required very much of them, but they’ve given me no reason to complain.
They never get back to you and, when they do, it’s just to make sure you’ll pay or come in a second time to fix a medication mistake they made instead of just faxing over the right thing. They didn’t go over my diagnosis or paperwork from my hospital visit before writing me prescriptions and sending me off.

My experience here has been fine. It’s a bit of a windowless zoo, but my psych has been great. One billing problem was handled with one phone call. I haven’t required very much of them, but they’ve given me no reason to complain.
They never get back to you and, when they do, it’s just to make sure you’ll pay or come in a second time to fix a medication mistake they made instead of just faxing over the right thing. They didn’t go over my diagnosis or paperwork from my hospital visit before writing me prescriptions and sending me off.

They don’t check their voicemails or return calls, so if there are any hiccups between the doctor and the pharmacy (which in my experience, happens almost every month), you’re going to be off your meds waiting sometimes weeks for your doctor to make a 30 second phone call.
